What is the return and exchange policy?Our return and exchange policy allows customers to return faulty products within a specified period. However, artwork items are non-returnable. We strive to be a sustainable brand by printing each piece for the customer, resulting in delivery times of 7 to 10 days. Delivery is free for all orders.

Can I return or exchange custom artwork or pet portraits?Custom artwork and pet portraits are personalized and made to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible in your requests to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

How long does delivery take?Our standard delivery time is between 7 to 10 days for our t-shirts and other ready-made products. Since we are committed to sustainability, each piece is printed on demand for our customers rather than being kept in stock, ensuring minimal waste.

What do you need to create a custom-made pet portrait?Delivery timelines for custom-made pet portraits vary based on the number of commissions we have at hand. Typically, delivery can range from 15 days to a month, depending on the complexity of the artwork and our current workload.

Can the artwork be framed?Artwork, including custom pet portraits, is only framed upon request. If you would like your piece to be framed, please let us know when placing your order, and we will provide you with framing options.

How can I ensure the longevity of my custom artwork?To ensure the longevity of your custom artwork, we use only the finest materials and apply a protective varnish to each piece. If your artwork is not framed, consider framing it to provide additional protection. Avoid exposing the artwork to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or moisture.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
